· Water · Yam Flour · Salt · Calcium Hydroxide · Vegetarian Seasonings · White Pepper · Black Pepper · Chinese Five Spice

COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Boil the shrimp balls. Heat vegetable oil (approximately 350 degrees) in a wok. Prepare a batter using prepackaged tempura mix found at your local supermarket. Dip the shrimp balls into the tempura and make sure they are completely coated on both sides. Carefully put the shrimp balls into the wok and fry them until golden brown. Remove from the wok and drain excess oil with a paper towel. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce!

Taste like what I think a bouncy ball would taste like. I tried to feed to my dogs after I realized no one in my family would eat them (and my husband will eat anything). When I threw to my dogs, the shrimp balls literally bounced against the ground & my dogs need them cut up in order to get through the rubber texture (even my German Shepard needed help).
I've been vegetarian for six years, I've tried some delicious & not so delicious vegetarian foods. This is unfortunately hands down the vegetarian item I have had. It is truly ineatable.
