· Soybean Fiber (soybean protein, wheat protein, starch, soybean oil)
· Water · Soybean Protein · Soybean Oil · Tapioca Modified Starch · Soy Sauce (water, salt. sugar, soya, wheat) Natural Fermented Red Rice Sauce · Raw Cane Sugar · White Pepper Powder · Maltose · Tomato Paste · Yeast · Vegetarian Flavor

COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Slice desired vegetables (celery or carrots) and BBQ chunks into small pieces. Stir fry seasonings (1/3T oil, 1/3T soy paste, 2/5T BBQ sauce and a pinch of salt) with water. Once the seasoning boils, include vegetables and BBQ chunks into wok. Let it boil again and add 1/2T of cornstarch water to thicken. Serve and enjoy!

These really do work like roasted pork. Skewer them and grill, or marinate and cook in str fry. They have some light, sweet BBQ flavor, but take on whatever flavor you put on them.

Everyone I feed this to just loves it..whether as a meal by itself with rice, or cut up into vegetable dishes, this is a great and easy addition.
