COOKING SUGGESTIONS

Sliced and pan fried with a bit of oil, this is very good. The skin crisps very well, the flavor is good. I eat it on top of veggies, or salad, rice, or even in between two slices of bread with a bit of vegetarian mayo and some duck sauce or teriyaki sauce.
