COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Slice desired vegetables (potatoes
·mushrooms · tomato or carrots) and squid into small pieces. Boil a pot of water with the vegetables and the squid approximately 15 minutes. Sprinkle pepper powder and mushroom seasonings or add some spicy oil if desired. Serve and enjoy!

I prepared it in a calamari dish and it did not fry up well. The taste is very bland and has a consistency of scrambled eggs.
