COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Slice desired vegetables (celery or carrots) and BBQ chunks into small pieces. Stir fry seasonings (1/3T oil, 1/3T soy paste, 2/5T BBQ sauce and a pinch of salt) with water. Once the seasoning boils, include vegetables and BBQ chunks into wok. Let it boil again and add 1/2T of cornstarch water to thicken. Serve and enjoy!

I'm a southern girl and I use these in my cabbage. My family loves it and they aren't vegans!!!!!Shipping was fast and my food was a tad bit unfrozen.

These really do work like roasted pork. Skewer them and grill, or marinate and cook in str fry. They have some light, sweet BBQ flavor, but take on whatever flavor you put on them.
