COOKING SUGGESTIONS
DEEP FRY
Heat vegetable oil (approximately 350 degrees) in a wok. Prepare a batter using prepackaged tempura mix found at your local supermarket. Dip the vegan shrimp rolls into the tempura mix and make sure they are completely coated on both sides. Carefully put the vegan shrimp rolls into the wok and fry them until golden brown. Remove from the wok and drain excess oil with a paper towel. Serve with sweet add sour sauce!
OVEN
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line the shrimp rolls side by side on a baking pan with a little oil. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Feel free to flip the scall
ops to bake the other side. Serve with dipping sauce as desired and enjoy!

One of my go-to items. Really delicious and both vegan AND gluten-free. Easy to prepare and a great crowd-pleaser! My non-vegan partner LOVES them.

5 of 5 Vegan Shrimp Rolls May 16, 2020
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Rockville, MD United States
I pan-fried these rolls straight out of the package with low heat on the stove.  The tofu skin on the outside crisped up very nicely.  The filling was made from Konjac powder mixed with veggies and seasoning.  Konjac gives a firm jellied-like texture.  Very tasty and paired well with sweet chili dipping sauce.  Will definitely buy this product again!

Gross. It has a strange chunky texture, and reminds me of lumpy mashed potatoes.
